Wheat pasta, vegetable tomato sauce, and grilled chicken!!
MAHN! Derek has had a few classes with Mahn, who is from Thailand... and he sold a book to Mahn at a good price and part of the deal was that Mahn make us some Thai food!IT WAS SUCH A TREAT! & a huge surprise to me... if you didn't know, I love THAI!
He made a chicken stir fry and a green chicken curry with bamboo shoots!Also Thai rice. That was my favorite!
