That's right everyone, we are having a baby girl!!!! It was fun to see her move around and stretch, her lil feet and hands! It was so unreal! I think that EVERYONE should see an ultrasound! There's nothing like it. The doctor was happy to report that she is looking healthy. He said "She sure has a round tummy!" I replied,"Of course, she got it from her parents!" :D I was THRILLED to know that I was right! ha It WAS a girl! :D YAY Derek is excited, although I'm sure a portion of him would have really liked havin a lil man in the house. He said, "alright the rest are all boys!" That's fine with me, I just wanted to at least have one girl! I look forward to having a best girl friend. I want to have the relationship with her that I have with my mom! It's irreplacable! XOXOX Thanks for all your love and wishes. We have 3 names we really like: but it could change...

Well, I've been struggling to post photos, because my computer is in Cali and my camera chip wont work with the computer at work... so until I spend all my time at a friends house :D I have to use other peoples photos... so thanks Erin. I really didn't feel the greatest this night, but it does give you the idea of my newly formed tummy. 4 1/2 months now. We find out the gender on THURSDAY of this week! I'm 92% sure that it's a girl! But we shall see. I'll have to post some of our name ideas soon... you can applaud or throw tomatoes. :D We love you all, hope you're having a great week.

I am filled with emotion and gratitude for the opportunity to have been lead by such a man as President Gordon B. Hinckley. His passing at age 97 should not have shocked me so, but because he has been so fervent and strong, I was stunned and saddened. Watching BYU TV this morning, I was reminded of his sweet talk to us about the B's: Be Grateful, Be Smart, Be Clean, Be True, Be Humble, and Be Prayerful. It was nice to listen to just a sample of the majestic words of wisdom he has always provided us over the years.

I remember when he was called as our Prophet... it was my 10th birthday! It gives me chills to think that he has been there to lead and guide me for 55% of my lifetime! I have so many fond memories! I remember being arms reach from him at the Fresno Temple Groundbreaking and in the Celestial Room when the Fresno Temple was Dedicated. I heard his voice with my own ears! I also remember when my family went to the Kona, Hawaii Temple dedication, he has a special stash of OREO Cookies. The wanted to make sure that he was given his favorite treat: we had that in common!

In one of his talks, he shared a quote his father wrote to him while he was serving his mission and struggling a little bit, "Forget yourself and go to work!" I have that on our door to remind me. There is a part of me that is happy he has passed, only so that he can be with his "dream girl" again! Marjorie is a woman that I admire. She said, "Pray as though everything depends on prayer, and work as though everything depends on you." What a happy reunion for them! This is bittersweet, to see him go, but we can look forward to the next prophet and always study the counsel he has left behind!

2007 White Christmas

We also got to see Jeffrey & Lily!
It was so nice to see them all, the Hammel's home and the home they're building! Such a beautiful location! In-N-Out was also a highlight!

Then my parents drove thru, we jumped on the car, and drove to SLC, UT! Where we have winter white snow! YAY As you can see we went snowboarding and made a snowy couple... saw friends and family, the SLC Temple and came back to Hawaii. We loved celebrating this time of year. God bless you one and all. That's right... yes sir eee. THE WILLIAMS ARE LEAVING THE ISLAND. We are so thrilled to see family and friends... we wish we could see ALL of our family and friends... but not this time. :(

We leave tonght for Las Vegas aka "Lost Wages" by Derek. We get to see Derek's oldest sis & fam, his brother, and then my parents will be driving from California, pick us up and take us the rest of the way to Grandma& Grandpa's house in UTAH! We will be there for a week. AWinter White Christmas... I HOPE! We love this time of year... it's flown by so fast! January 4th will be our 1 year ANNIVERSARY! "WOW"-Joey from 'Blossom.' Derek finished his finals.... I finished University Advancement's Budget adjustments and MAN are we ready to reLAX.

Please know that we love you and send our love! Please never forget that Christmas isn't about the gifts.... that's the perk... the whole purpose is to remember. Remember our brother who has saved us all!

Hillary's New Doo

So here is my computer and if you picture my face right behind it... this is my "office." I just put up this berry Christmas tree! YAY! Our office is about to put up all the good stuff.
OK. I decided to CHOP IT OFF. For some, this may be no big thang, but I haven't had my hair this short for ... 4 years! I was trying to grow it out. My hair is very slow growing. And FINALLY it has reached that LONG status. But I came to the realization that my hair isn't full and beautiful long. It was more on the stringy, thin, bland side. So, Derek let me cut it... but I just couldn't get rid of ALL of it. I also toned it up a notch. Brooke, my Hawaiian Hairdresser, was my hero! I have been thinking about this a while, and didn't want to act on impulse.

I was talking to a best friend, who shall remain namesless, and she was telling me to keep it long. We have had an on going competition to see whose hair is longer. People told us we looked like sisters because of it. "Stop it, Hillary, your hair is pretty! Don't cut it," she said. So, I was totally being pursuaded by her. AND THEN, I recieved a message from her this morning telling me that she CUT HER HAIR AND COLORED IT. Sound familiar? hahaha She did EXACTLY what I wanted to do to mine. I love her, but man she's got guts. hahaha. So, that was motivation enough. I did it! Bye Bye 4 inches or so. I can't wait to see her hair. Looks like we're still twinners. :D
