She's flirting already!

Jocelyn and Krew were TOTALLY flirting at Ashlyn's shower... they had their own private area where they could check eachother out! haha They were smiling, giggling, laughing, Krew was HAPPY! He hasn't been feeling well these last few days, but Jocelyn worked her charm! It was so cute to watch them! I should have got a video clip! SORRY! These photos are really blurry cause they were moving to much! My bad. I would have tried to fix the camera, but didn't wanna miss the moment! There were a few times that Krew would put his fingers in Jocelyn's mouth and she liked it... she wanted to see if she liked him! It was so funny! Jana, Shanae and I were just dying laughing. Krew is 8 months and Jocelyn 5... just 3 months apart! We have a huntch these photos will be very valuable when he returns from his mission! Hee hee We're not arranging anything, oh no!

HER 1st WORD!

I have never done a video clip on here, so I hope this works! We had a wonderful baby shower for Ashlyn Bigler tonight (photos/post soon to come) and after, Jocelyn woke up and she was hungary again. She was still exhausted so that's why she's so sad... but she totally said her first word. I know that this may be a bit of a stretch... being 5 months and all, but usually its BAH BA BAH BA BA BAH. OR BOU BOU BOU BOU or LA LAA LA LAA LA LA LAA. This time she threw an M in there and got me tickled! Sorry for my squeeling! It's really embarassing to hear myself! I'll have to improve that part of me. BUT anywhooo. December 10th and 11:25pm she said her first word. MaMa. And I have been shooting for DaDa!

I read that they will say a word, kinda just by coinsidence, and they don't say it for a meaning... Like just becuase you hear it didn't mean that's something they realized they were making a word. What do you think... I think that makes sense. But the large half of me wants to believe she knows what she said...

I'm not trying to boast that mama was "said" before dada! I hope no one thinks that....

Check out this lil get up! Melissa & Kaiya Crosby gave Jocelyn these super cute shoes! AREN'T THEY DARLING! And I'm sorry, I'm not POSITIVE which wonderful friend of mine gave her this outfit that just HAPPENED to match! Tessa-probably! Its so cute!
This was her first time in shoes, actually, the post below was the day after... I believe.

She could leave her bows alone for so long, JUST NOW she's starting to play, pull, and suck on them, but she can NOT handle shoes... apparently! Which STINKS because she has a LOT of cute shoes! She always manages to get her socks off so it should be no surprise, I GUESS. But you'd think with the ankle strap it would be an obstacle! Clearly Jocelyn loves the challenge! She can push them off in a minute! So for now, no more shoe buying... hopefully someday soon!

Katrina Platt's baby shower...

I'm sorry this is so late! But I had to steal the photos from Katrina! So, I am happy to announce Katrina just had her baby boy Tuesday, December 9th at 2am! Henry Platt has arrived! He is so cute!!! (from the cell photo I saw) He was 8lbs & 21 inches- she had to have a c-section so I hope to go visit them Thursday! So happy for them!

Ashlyn made these YUMMY and dang cute Frog cupcakes! That's right... funfetti cake, with marshmallows, chocolate chips, frosting, and fruit roll ups. Ha! So clever! We were going for green and blue and FROGGIES if you didn't notice.
We had artichoke heart dip, THANKS NATALIE FOR THE RECIPE everone loves it, homemade guacamole & homemade salsa, THANK YOU SHANAE... I've decided fress is the best, chips, cupcakes, and MARGARITAS... virgin of course!
